With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ermaline W. Benoit (Houma, Louisiana), born in Ellis, Kansas, who passed away on March 4, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilson J. Benoit; her parents, Nicholas Wasinger and Mary B. Wasinger; her son Steve Benoit; her son-in-law Nelson Breaux; her brother Lloyd Wasinger; her granddaughter Erin Callahan; her sister Iva Weil; and also Marvin Wasinger.
She is survived by: her children, David Benoit (Janice), Richard Benoit (Debi), Thomas Benoit (Debbie), Jimmy Benoit (Amy), Pete Benoit (Denise), Joey Benoit (Patricia), Yvonne B. Breaux and Mary Benoit (Kenny Westerman); and her siblings, Raymond Wasinger and Liz McCoy. She is also survived by one grandchildren, thirty-eight Great Grandchildren, and one Great-Great Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Eloi Catholic Church is preferred.
