He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Jr. Moses-Diggs and Emily Moses-Diggs; and his siblings, Alton, Charles, Clifford, Nathaniel Diggs III and Jackie Netters.
He is survived by: his children, Elwood Diggs Jr., Keiarea Diggs and Danielle Bynum (Kendrick); and his siblings, Michael Sr., Sterling Diggs, Alma Thomas, Betty Smalls, Emily Harvey and Willie Mae Rice. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
