It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elnora Bolden of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, Brian Keith and Kristie Lynn Bolden; her granddaughter Lakeishawn Bolden; her great grandchild Breon Boatner; her parents, Freddie, Sr. Brown and Martha Cheatham Brown; and her siblings, Harry, Antoine, Frank, Sr., Royal, Sr., Rose Jeff, Hazel Muzzall and Beulah Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Bolden, Jr.; her children, Timothy (Jennifer), Jeffery Bolden (Lindsey), Nicole B. Theriot and Ashanta Bolden; her siblings, Freddie Brown, Jr. and Thelma Coleman; and her goddaughters, Antoinette Jeff and Kimberly Dabney. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a. m. until funeral time at 10:00 a. m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road in Houma, LA 70360. (Per CDC/local regulations all visitors must wear face masks in building at all times and practice social distancing).
