She was predeceased by: her husband Failman Joseph Guilfou; her parents, Samuel Joseph and Edma Elizabeth Boudreaux; her son Norman P. Guilfou; her sisters, Wilma B. Medine (Emile), Mildred "Millie" B. LeBlanc and Doris B. Cowan; and her brother-in-law Archie Lovell.
She is survived by: her children, Nathan J. Guilfou (Rhonda) and Natalie G. Ryan (Allen J.); her sister Mary B. Lovell; her daughter-in-law Ruth Guilfou; her brothers-in-law, Irvin J. LeBlanc (Beverly) and Hugh Cowan; her grandchildren, Tate Ryan (Suzanne), Andre Guilfou (Brooke), Russell Guilfou (Mary), Claire G. Kern (Jason), Jessica Guilfou (James Sisson), Kenneth Guilfou, Ryan Guilfou (Sarah), Kevin Guilfou, Derek Guilfou and Katie G. Moore (Joseph); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Taylor Ryan, Noah, Marie, Annie, Elizabeth, Ella Rose Guilfou and Caroline Kern.
The family would like to thank all the caregivers at The Suites at Sugar Mill Point, and Haydel Memorial Hospice for all the care, love, kindness, compassion, and amazing skill at dealing with Alzheimer's and end of life comfort.
