He was predeceased by: his wife Lee Ann Duplantis LeRay; his father Richard LeRay, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Joe Ayo. He is survived by: his son Ross Matthew LeRay (Rebekah Guidry); his mother Barbara Clause LeRay; his siblings, Ricky LeRay (Judy), Barry LeRay (Evanly), Scott LeRay (Jenny), Renee Matherne (Danny), Chrissy Ayo and Julie LeRay (Kyle); and his friends, John and Mary Esteve. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Ordoyne Funeral Home (1489 St Patrick St, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
