We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2020, at the age of 66, Edward Fitch of Houma, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie, Edwina Fitch, Wilfred and Eve Dean; his parents-in-law, Joseph "Took" Parfait and Irene Trosclair Parfait; his stepson Joseph Richard Verdin; his brothers-in-law, Aubrey Parfait, Jessie Parfait, Patrick Parfait and Regis Verdin Sr.; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Fitch, Nolia Fitch Williams, Larry Fitch, Felix Fitch, Autrey Fitch and George Dean.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Parfait Fitch; his parents, Edward Paul Fitch Sr. and Eva Dean Fitch; his son Edward; his stepdaughters, Rachel Pierre (Cleveland), Tracy Boudreaux (John Boy) and Tammy Schaubhut (Lonny); his siblings, Wilfred Fitch (Johanna), Cynthia Fitch, Cheryl Parfait (Paul) and Nancy Smith (James Foret); and his grandchildren, Michalla, John, Christin, Kevin, Clark "Peewee" Jr., Zack, Harley, Malaya, McKaylee and McKatelyn. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
