He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Schexnayder Sr. and Alba Waguespack Schexnayder; his grandson Derick Schexnayder; and his siblings, Harold Schexnayder, Irving Schexnayder, Norris Schexnayder, Clifton Schexnayder and Carole Schexnayder.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Schexnayder and Debra Voclain (Randy); and his grandchildren, Keith Schexnayder Jr., Todd Schexnayder, Laura Voclain and Scott Schexnayder. He is also survived by five loving great grandchildren.
