He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Blanchard and Louise Guy Blanchard; his son Timmy Blanchard; his grandson Theodore Blanchard; and his siblings, Chester Blanchard, Jr., Cyrus Blanchard, Leona Pellegrin, Mildred Dupre and Mandy Gautreaux.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Foret (Brian), Sandra Kelpsch (Baggy) and Donna Blanchard; his grandchildren, Jaime Foret (Donald), Scottie Boudreaux, Jessica Lizana (Dusty), Joshua Ard, Jacie Ard, TJ Blanchard, Ty Blanchard, Maegen Blanchard and Laci Luke; his great grandchildren, Chris Foret, Raegan Boudreaux, Rhilyn Theriot, Alyssa Moreau, Brayden Luke, Avery Blanchard, Owen Blanchard, Jaxen Blanchard and Haven Blanchard; and his brothers, Ronnie Blanchard (Margaret) and Raymond Blanchard (Shirley). He is also survived by his family and friends.
