He was predeceased by: his wife Marion Duplantis Bourgeois; his parents, Stanley Cyril Sr. and Necia Scott Bourgeois; his siblings, Russell J. Bourgeois, Robert P. Bourgeois, Eddie J. Bourgeois (Joann), Stanley C. "Sonny" Bourgeois (Delores), Gertrude B. Rhodes (Roland) and Barbara B. Colwart (Robert Sr.); his parents-in-law, Ismay Pitre Duplantis and Clyde J. Duplantis, Sr.; and his sisters-in-law, Raley N. Duplantis and Janet D Bridges (Jack).
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Clyde J. Duplantis, Jr.. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
