He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Neil; his children, Matthew Neil, Jonathan Guy, Nikkia Neil, Megan Neil and Nicole Gagliano; and his grandchildren, Draven, Zoe, John, Ava, Killian, Sophia, Adelynn and Chance.
