He is survived by: his wife Doris L. Crochet; his son Douglas F. Crochet, Jr.; his grandsons, Lance LeBouef, Samuel LeBouef and Douglas F. Crochet III; and his siblings, Allan Crochet, Shirley C. Rodrigue and Flavia C. Redmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
