He is survived by: his children, Donna Gentry (Jessie), Lisa Lafont, Ricky Bergeron (Trish) and Karen Bergeron; and his brother Gilbert Bergeron (Glenda). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
