He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Dodson; and his granddaughter Grace "Gracie" Marion Gary. He is survived by: his wife Grace Truxillo Gary; and his children, Charlotte Wolfe (Art), Anne Bergeron (Laban), James "Jimmy" (Mona) and John (Lisa). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
