He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie, Sr. Douglas and Helen Willis Douglas; his siblings, George (Rosemary), Nolan Douglas, Sr. (Helouise), Marguerite D. Pitts and Annie D. Doss (Elmer); his grandparents, Eloi, Amelia Douglas, Harry and Elizabeth Williams; and his parents-in-law, Catherine Fusilier, Vernes Evan Douglas and Fredrick of Washington.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Mitchell Douglas; his children, Kenyada, Brandon Douglas, Sr., Sharonda and Cherina Douglas; and his siblings, Gerald (Delores), Bobby, Benny, Freddie Douglas, Jr., Carolyn D. of Washington and Helen Douglas. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
