He is survived by: his spouse Diana Mancillas Collins; his daughter Lillian Collins; his grandchildren, Brandon Carlos, Ashley Boyd, Erica Lyons (Clayton) and Dylan Dupre; his great grandchildren, Alexa, Jalob, Krista, Jaycie Boyd, Kaylee, Brayden and Cayden Lyons; and his sister Barbara Theriot.
