He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracien LeCompte and Amelia LeBoeuf; and his siblings, Huey LeCompte, Lloyd LeCompte, Sr., Mary Leathers and Ouida Babin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Babin LeCompte; his children, Sandra LeCompte (Whitney), Peggy Gaudet (Hanson), Sherry Theriot, Linda Morrell (Victor), Diane Lofton (Mike) and Dale LeCompte; his siblings, Alvin LeCompte (Bobbie) and Della Marie; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Babin and Ronald Babin (Hilda). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 4 great great-grandchildren.
