He was predeceased by: his father Dennis F. Johnson; his son David Wayne Johnson, Jr.; and his sister Diane Causby. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lynn Johnson; his mother Lavina Johnson McGuyrt; his sons, Jimmie Johnson Marrow (Christy), Robbie Johnson and Luke Wayne Johnson; his stepsons, Jesse James Eschette, Kenneth James Eschette III and Jrey James Eschette; his siblings, Susan Yunker (Dan), Mary Willis (Harrell) and Danny Johnson (Susan); and his brother-in-law Ron Causby. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
