He was predeceased by: his parents, Magnel L. Hebert and Velma Hebert Boudreaux; his stepfather Dalton J. Boudreaux; his former wife Sandra N. Hebert; his wife Bertha L. Hebert; and his brother-in-law Bobby J. Barr.
He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Barr and Ophelia Hebert (Wally A. Hebert); his nieces, Carrie Collins, Patrica Dupre, Shelia Lirette and Shanna Hawkins; and his nephew Terry Collins. He is also survived by five great-nieces; six great-nephews and numerous great-great nieces and nephews.
