He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Leslee Anne Billiot; his parents, Victor Billiot and Agnes Billiot; his parents-in-law, Irvin and Cecile Babin; and his siblings, Allen Billiot and Frances McGraw.
He is survived by: his wife Linda B. Billiot; his children, Tynoa Marcel (Marcus Odom), Jackie Billiot (Tony Falgout) and Dave Billiot, Jr.; his siblings, Phillip Billiot, Emary Billiot, Yvonne Ferguson, Anna Lou Hernandez and Jeannette Billiot; and his pets, Sassy Mae and Jimbo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
