He was predeceased by: his father Simon Howard Sr.; and his grandparents, James Sr., Amanda Gray Lewis, Simon Howard and Mary White Howard.
He is survived by: his mother Heloise L. Howard; and his siblings, Simon Howard Jr. (Deborah), Clyde Howard (Dionne), Cheryl Howard, Carla Howard and Mary H. Wallace (Rick). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Home (240 S Hollywood Rd, Houma, LA 70360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
