She was predeceased by: her father Darryl Lynn Holmes; and her grandparents, Louise A. Henry, Gilbert P. Henry, Eleanora Bolden and Clarence P. Holmes.
She is survived by: her daughter Deriyan Linn Elizabeth Holmes of Houma; and her mother Daphne Elizabeth H. Holmes of Houma, Louisiana. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Baptist Church (120 Mission Blvd, Houma, LA 70363). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
