She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie A. McCormick; her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Eleanor Rogers; and her son-in-law Craig Tastet. She is survived by: her children, Johnathan (Terese), Benjamin McCormick (Betsy) and Kristi D. McCormick; and her sister Bennie Humes. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church (10899 Walnut Hill Church Rd, Vivian, LA 71082).
