He was predeceased by: his father Jeswood Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moore Hebert; his children, Jamie Hebert (Stephanie), Todd Davis Sr. (Shannon), Jennifer Hebert, Jason Hebert and Shane Hebert (Toni); his siblings, Judy Blanchard (Fulton), Randy Hebert (Ruth), Ricky Hebert (Angela) and Lori Burney (Mark); and his mother Diane Freeman Hebert. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chauvin Funeral Home & Crematory (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (8594 E Main St, Houma, LA 70360).
