With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Bizzle Wiggins of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on May 21, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl and Doris Jean James Bizzle of Looxahoma, MS.. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas E. Wiggins (Buddy) of Houma, LA; her son Thomas J. Wiggins; her child-in-law Dr. Ellie; her son Marshall Connor Wiggins of Louisville, KY.; her sisters, Rhonda Kay Kimberlin (Jim) of Hernando, MS and Laurie Ann Poppenheimer (Glen) of Nesbit, MS; and her nieces and nephews, Christen P. Emerson (Adam), Kendall K. Jenkins (Chris), Neal Poppenheimer (Shanna) of Hernando, MS. and Clayton Kimberlin (Leah) of Hernando, MS..

Following the service, burial will be at Forest Hill Mid-town, 1661 Elvis Presley Blvd. The family requests any memorials be sent to: Monetary gifts in loving memory of Cindy Wiggins can be sent to North Shore Church to be used as a donation to the UNDER OVER Fellowship ministry.
