He is survived by: his parents, Cody Theriot and Charlotte Theriot; his fiancée Mary Quick; his sisters, Kelly Theriot Dunn (Keith) and Alexis Theriot (Robbie Breaux); his grandfather Jerry Hebert; his parents-in-law, Mary-Marie Quick and Harold Quick, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Miranda Dunn, Arietta Dunn, Waylon Dunn and Julian Dunn; his cousin Jacqueline Theriot (Flint); his uncle Ray Theriot; and his godparents, Tressa and Clinton Pellegrin.
