He is survived by: his sons, Carey P. Smith, Craig P. Smith (Anessa Lirette) and Chad P. Smith (Gina); his friend Jonathan Hershman; his brother James J. "Smitty" Smith (Yvonne); his grandchildren, Cullen A. Smith, Whitney, Donavan P. Smith and Hayden P. Smith; and his friend Band. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
