She is survived by: her husband Ambrose Nixon; her children, Hilton Leon Johnson (Jessica), Alicia A. McClendon (Curtis) and Lolita L. Harley (Kernan); and her siblings, Cantrell Jasper, Herman, Hilton, Berwick Smith (Nina), Ruby Bennett (Isaiah), Eileen Johnson, Darlene Robinson (Ralph) and Naomi Ricks. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
