He is survived by: his children, Karsen Fazzio and Amber Victoria; his parents, Kayla Carlos and Rodney Fazzio Sr.; his siblings, Rodney Fazzio Jr. (Kelly), Chase Fazzio and Niki Fazzio (Jacob); his grandparents, Aubrey and Janice Carlos; and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Anna, Emily, Elijah, Emarie, Eames, Brooklyn and Madalyn.
