She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Leonard; her parents, Roland Defelice and Lucy Defelice; her daughter Kelly Naquin; and her brother Eric Defelice.
She is survived by: her siblings, Colleen Payne (Keith Payne) and Brain Defelice (Linda Defelice); her children, Chad Defelice, Raylene Choplin (Timothy Choplin), Chelsey Sanchez (Eli Sanchez) and Chasity Hower (Josué Hower); and her godchild Lawanda (Nykee Johnson). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
