He was predeceased by: his parents, Maruice Pierre and Clara Marie Theriot Thibodeaux; and his sisters, Betty T. Allemand (Roland, Sr.), Clarabel T. Fernandez and Maxine T. Braud (Edward "E. J.").
He is survived by: his children, Benny "Ben" Jarveaux (Dawn), Laura T. Arceneaux (James "Jamie") and Amy E. Thibodeaux; his siblings, Maurice P. Thibodeaux (Elaine), Mary "Marie" T. Prejeant, Barbara T. Arceneaux, Mercedes T. Bergeron and Sandra T. Mizell (Rupert "Garlin"); his brothers-in-law, Clyde Bergeron and John "Jack" Fernandez; and his grandchildren, Jace, Jackson Jarveaux, Brooke Arceneaux, Kane Matthews, Kami and Aly White.
