He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Winslow Sr. and Ada Victor Winslow; his son Keon Winslow; and his siblings, Earl Winslow and Bobbie Jean Winslow Livas.

He is survived by: his wife Regina Winslow; his children, Naisha Winslow Norman, Brittany Winslow, Brithesha Winslow, Terrinesha Winslow, Charles Winslow Jr., Byron Winslow and Teron Winslow; and his brother Lenroy Winslow. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
