He is survived by: his wife Judy Leboeuf Solito; his children, Cindy Solito and Charles Solito Jr. (Vicki); his brother Peter Solito; his grandchildren, Rogers Boudreaux III, Kerrie Burns and Jennifer Urbina; his great grandchildren, Myrna Benoit, Anthony Hidalgo, Chaz Boudreaux, Ethan Boudreaux and Bianca Boudreaux; and his great great grandchildren, Aliya Hidalgo, Ahmad Boudreaux and Ace Boudreaux.
