He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee James and Elsie Mae Marcel James; and his brothers, Freddie Kelly and Tommy James. He is survived by: his siblings, Paula Kelly King, Patricia Kelly Lirette and Melvin Kelly, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
