He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Lee Perkins, Nora Fay Kilpatrick Worley, Betty Fay Worley Trierweiler, Hobert, Velma McCubbin and Durred Gardner.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Perkins and Laurie Perkins; his sister Ava Nicole Perkins; his grandparents, Patrick Perkins, Cynthia Trierweiler Perkins, Timothy, Mary McCubbin, Alex Smith and Cathy Gardner Smith; and his great-grandparents, Della Perkins and Linda Gardner.
