It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Norman (Houma, Louisiana), who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie, Jr. Norman and Mildred Celestin Norman; and her siblings, Edward Norman and Jacquline Volter. She is survived by: her siblings, Herman Norman, Joyce Stewart, Lena Clark, Etta Mae Smith (William), Sylvia and Mary Dell Simmons. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
