He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Martinez Theriot; his parents, Louis, Sr. Theriot and Sirena King Theriot; his grandparents, John, Dorathea King, Gilbert and Josephine LeBeouf; and his siblings, Darrell, Dave, Normal, Louis, Jr., Jerome Theriot, Arelena Dupre and Dorothy Anna Singleton.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy T. Haydel (Robert, Jr.), Troy Theriot (Michelle) and Tricia Theriot; his grandchildren, Brigette Frank, Vanessa Bonner, Hadley Theriot and Starr Leger; his great grandchild Aly Billiot; his girlfriend Dina Alloway; his stepgrandchildren, Lauren and Brayden Haydel; and his siblings, Mark Theriot and Patricia "Patsy" Kraemer. He is also survived by numerous step-daughters, sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
