She is survived by: her husband Ray Forman; her daughters, Ramona Herman (Dan), Patty Minter (Shawn Hebert), Penny Landry (Glenn Wilkins) and Diana Guidroz (David); her stepchildren, Garland Forman, Jr. (Debbie), Patricia Bagwell (Lloyd) and Rebecca Sawyer (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Joshua, Kristi (Brandon), Laura (Ben), David (Candy), Dodie and Dylan. She is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 14 step-great-grandchildren.
