He is survived by: his wife Rose Hurlston Tanner; his son Danny Carl Tanner; his adoptive daughter Catherine Renarose Tanner; his stepchildren, Gardene Hurlston, Ruby Hurslton, Robert Dilbert, Mitchel Dilbert and Carlin Dilbert; his wife Kelsey Held; and his sibling Charles Tanner, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
