She was predeceased by: her parents, Leverette Duckworth and Burna Duckworth; her sons, Ralph Hebert and Kenith Hebert; her grandchildren, Ben Hebert, Joshua Barbo, Leonard Hebert and Burna; and the father of her children Leonard "Nookie" Hebert.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Hebert (Jennifer) and Christine Barbo; her grandchildren, Brad Hebert (Sarah), Mandy Olivier (Joey), Brandy Pryce (Daniel), Koty Campo (Tommy), Jay Hebert and Thomas Barbo; and her sisters, Jean Maxey and Dorothy Young. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren.
