He was predeceased by: his parents, George Douglas and Rose Gray Douglas; his grandparents, Freddie, Sr., Helen Willis Douglas, Royal, Sr. and Rose Diggs Gray; and his great-grandparents, Eloi, Amelia Douglas, Hanny and Elizabeth Williams.
He is survived by: his cousins, Betty Johnson, Trina Williams and Jerelyn Radford. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
