He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Morello Clark; his parents, Marie Golden Clark and Glover Clark; his siblings, James Clark, Doris Ingram and Matsy Walker; his niece Karen Ivy; and his nephew David Ingram.

He is survived by: his son Timothy Clark; his grandsons, David and Max; his nephews, Mike Clark (Janis) and Wesley Walker (Carolyn); his niece Kathy Smith (Jim); his caregivers, Marilyn, Betty, Dana, Amae and Alma; and his great-nephew John Morello. He is also survived by many loving great nieces, great nephews and their children.
