He was predeceased by: his father Leslie "Tommy" Parfait; his sister Janell Phillips; and his grandparents, Thelma, Morris Phillips, Mary Fazzio Parfait Dupre and Murphy Parfait, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Braelyn, Kendalyn, Briella and Bret, Jr.; his stepchildren, Kami and Raelyn; his mother Rebecca Phillips-Parfait; and his siblings, Leslie "Tom" Lodrigue, Lesleyann "Les" Phillips, Alexa Noelle and Anna Parfait. He is also survived by many godchildren, nieces and nephews.
