She was predeceased by: her son Kenneth Jerome Carvin; her parents, James, Sr. Carvin and Odeal Lehon Carvin; her brother Bruce Carvin; and her grandparents, Jim Carvin and Katie Henry.
She is survived by: her husband Edward, Jr. of Washington; her children, Rodney, Sr., Lemark Carvin, Travis, Jerard, Corey, Nealward Wells, Jerell of Washington, Felicia and Letisha Carvin; and her siblings, James, Jr., Jessie Carvin and Doris Allen. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
