He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Adams and Lovedee Adams; and his mother-in-law Judy Cotton. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Adams; his children, Brandon (Jessica), Blayne, Blaze (Edith) and Brooke; his grandchildren, Joshua, Zayden, Zylah, McKenzie, Brielle, Trevor, Thomas and Trey; his brothers, Eric, Errol, Timmy, Jason and William; his brothers-in-law, Mark Cotton and Vernon Naquin Jr.; his father-in-law Vernon Naquin; and his adoptive daughter Chelsea.
