She was predeceased by: her former husband Murphy Jude Pellegrin; her son Murray Jude Pellegrin; her stepson Sammy LeBlanc; and her parents, Lawrence Luke and Ethel Luke.
She is survived by: her husband Irvin LeBlanc; her daughter Deana Carmichael (Mack); her stepdaughters, Gwen LeBlanc and Patty LeBlanc; her grandchildren, Jake Carmichael (Lauren), Lindsey Hall (Aaron) and Cade Pellegrin (Kara); and her siblings, Gail LeBoeuf (Ronald) and Keith Luke (Karen). She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, and 7 step great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chauvin Funeral Home & Crematory (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Cemetery (6661 Grand Caillou Rd, Dulac, LA 70353).
