It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beulah Dorsey Lawson (Houma, Louisiana), who passed away on June 23, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Dorsey and Lezeme Dorsey; her daughter Doreen Lawson; her grandson Latronce Lawson; and her siblings, Leotha Hood, Francine Bailey, Martha Sauceberry, Ernest Dorsey, Leonard Dorsey and Lezeme Dorsey.

She is survived by: her children, Alisha Clark, Juqetta Lawson, India Taylor (Mark), Diane McBride (Tommy), Paula Hilaire (Gene), Constance Henderson, Melinda Griffin (Bryant), Roland Lawson (Patrice) and Deltrin Lawson (Jennifer); and her siblings, Roy Dorsey, Shirley Robinson and Olivia Cooper. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
