She was predeceased by: her daughter Sharon Prejean; her parents, Dillon Carruth and Ella Carruth (Sanders); and her siblings, Inez Smith and Lathan Carruth.
She is survived by: her husband James Gordon Prejean; her daughter Rose Rollins (Bill); her grandchildren, Alex Rollins (Mitchel Johnson) and Drake Rollins; and her great grandchildren, Dillon and Leah Rollins.
