She was predeceased by: her son Frederick "Buck" Miles; her parents, Joseph, Sr. White and Albertha Prevost White; her siblings, Charles White and Gwendolyn White; and her grandparents, Levi, Sadie Page White, Charlie and Mary Porche White.
She is survived by: her husband Lee Miles, Jr.; her children, Lee, III, Timothy, Donald Miles (Vicki), Sylvia Ruffin (Claudell), Rose Joseph (James), Bernadette, Melissa and Angela Miles; her siblings, James, Joseph, Jr., Napoleon, Roland White, Sadie W. Dennis, Betty W. Ray and Mary Ann W. Williams; and her daughter-in-law Jane C. Miles. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren.
