It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beatrice Lewis of Houma, Louisiana, born in Napoleonville, Louisiana, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Angel Lewis; her parents, Joseph Lewis and Beatrice Lewis; and her siblings, Dorothy Millien and Joseph Lewis.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Lewis of New Orleans, LA and Hilda G. Norman of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be observed on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Jones Funeral Home 715 Sixth Street Morgan City, LA 70380. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing).
