It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Trahan (Houma, Louisiana), who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James and Lorena Marie Fonseca Trahan; his sister Sherri L. LeBouef; and his brother-in-law Chanley Hebert. He is survived by: his close friend Shantel M. Tanner; his children, Brittnie M. Trahan (Christopher Ganaway), Desmond J. Trosclair, Meah A. Trahan (Trent Hendon) and Edward "Eddie" J. Trahan; his sisters, Tina M. Hebert and Patti A. Lafont (Jules); his grandchildren, Liam M. Ganaway and Khyzer J. Hendon; and the mothers of children, Frances, Higginbotham and Vonda Billiot.
